Prathamesh Chavan
Lead Teacher · Ashtanga Vinyasa · Hatha · Pranayama · Meditation · Sound Healing
Prathamesh Chavan has spent over fifteen years working with the body — first in fitness and movement, then in the older, slower discipline of yoga, studied and trained in Rishikesh. That combination shows in how he teaches: the precision of a movement coach, paired with the patience of a lineage that has no interest in rushing anyone.
He is also a trained sound healer, which is why Mind Muscle Yoga treats the mat and the sound bowl as two entry points to the same place, rather than two separate businesses. Everything is taught online — either one-on-one, or in small, exclusive group classes kept deliberately limited in size, so every student still gets real attention.
Every session works two things at once — the strength and mobility of the body, and the quiet of the mind behind it. That's the whole idea behind the name.
Four practices, one intention.
Each session is tailored to your goals, whether that's strength, flexibility, focus, or simply a place to exhale.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
A dynamic, breath-linked sequence built for strength, stamina, and a mind that has stopped wandering by the third sun salutation.
Hatha
A slower, more deliberate practice — postures held with intention, ideal for rebuilding mobility and body awareness.
Pranayama
Breathwork drawn from the classical texts, used here as a direct lever on stress, sleep, and focus.
Meditation
Seated, guided practice for a nervous system that's rarely asked to simply sit still.
Some conversations are better had on the mat.

Sound as medicine.
Frequency-based sessions designed to bring an overstimulated nervous system back to rest — no experience or flexibility required.
Four ways into stillness.
Led personally by Prathamesh, a trained sound healer — each session uses sound and vibration as the entry point, and the mind tends to follow soon after.
Sound Meditation
A guided seated session where layered tones anchor the mind, making stillness far easier to reach than it is unassisted.
Sound Bath
Lie back and let a full arrangement of resonant instruments wash over you — deeply restorative, and often the fastest route to real rest.
Sound Chakra Healing
Specific frequencies matched to each energy centre, used to release what's sitting just beneath the surface.
Water Bowl Meditation
Crystal bowls filled with water, played close to the body — an unusually physical, textured form of sound therapy.
Give your nervous system a genuine rest.

Notes on breath, strength, and stillness — written for people who lead, from someone who spends most of his time teaching them.
Why executives need pranayama more than another productivity hack
Breath is the one lever you're already holding, all day, without realizing it — here's why it's worth learning to use it on purpose.
The ten-minute breath reset before your next board meeting
A short, specific sequence for the fifteen minutes before something important — no mat required.
What a Himalayan yoga training taught me about leading people
Rishikesh has a way of stripping a practice down to what actually matters. A few of those lessons translate directly to running a team.
Sound bath vs. sound meditation — what's actually different
They look similar from the outside. The nervous system experiences them quite differently. A short guide to which one you actually need.
